Potato
This traditional Irish dish of potatoes and green or spring onions is enriched with a wickedly indulgent amount of butter – for complete indulgence, replace 60ml/4 tbsp of the milk with crème fraiche or buttermilk. Serve the champ as an accompaniment to beef or lamb stew for a warming and hearty winter meal.

This delicious salad is simple and zesty–the perfect choice for lunch, as an accompaniment, or as an appetizer. Similar in appearance to flat leaf parsley, fresh coriander has a distinctive pungent, almost spicy flavour. It is widely used in India, the Middle and Far East and in eastern Mediterranean countries. This potato salad is particularly good served as part of a brunch.

Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie is tradition English foods. Totoast the walnuts, spread them on a cookie sheet or in a metal pie pan. The tofu and walnuts provide protein. Bake at 350°F for five minutes, or until golden brown.
