Spiced salmon

Ingredients (2 servings)

4 piecessalmon fillet (skinless, deboned)
1 clovegarlic
150 mlsweet chili sauce
1 tbspcayenne pepper
1 tbspcumin (ground)
1 tbsppaprika
1 tbspcoriander seeds (ground)
1.5 tbspginger (peeled and grated)
1orange (zest)
1lemon (zest)
1 stalkgreen onion

Step 1

Spiced salmon

Preheat the oven to 250°C/500°F. Thinly slice green onion. Finely chop garlic and mix with sweet chili sauce, cayenne pepper, cumin, paprika, coriander, and ginger. Zest orange and lemon and add to marinade. Salt to taste.

Step 2

Spiced salmon

Place salmon fillets on baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with marinade and bake for approx. 8 – 12 min. at 250°C/500°F until cooked through. To serve, sprinkle with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
