Homemade ice pops

Ingredients (20 servings)
|425 g||canned mandarins (drained weight)|
|10 g||vanilla sugar|
|80 g||plain yogurt (3.8%)|
|50 ml||heavy cream|
hand blender, rubber spatula (optional), freezer, popsicle molds with sticks (20 small), measuring cup with spout (optional)
Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
Freshly squeezed orange juice is not only refreshingly tasty, but thanks to its high vitamin C content, also very healthy. Juicy oranges are recommended, two per glass of juice.
Drain the mandarins and puree in a measuring cup with the vanilla sugar.

425 g canned mandarins / 10 g vanilla sugar
Stir the natural yogurt in evenly.
80 g natural yogurt
Beat the heavy cream until stiff and stir into the mixture evenly.

50 ml heavy cream
Next, fill the popsicle molds with the mixture. Freeze for at least 4 – 5 hours. Enjoy!
