This is one of my favorite things to make! I prepare the oats the night before so that I have a good breakfast in the morning with minimal preparation.

 

Difficulty: Easy

Time: 25 min. preparation time, 0 min. baking time

Ingredients (3 servings)

180 goats
200 gplain yogurt
200 mlmilk
4 tbsphoney (divided)
100 gfrozen berry mix
0.5 tbspsugar
20 gwalnuts
20 gsalted mixed nuts
0.5banana
1 tbspcocoa powder
25 gchocolate shavings
extra nuts for serving

Step 1

Overnight oats with three toppings

In a large bowl, stir together oats, yogurt, milk, and honey. Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight or at least 2 – 3 hours.

180 g oats / 200 g plain yogurt / 200 ml milk / 3 tbsp honey

Step 2

For berry topping, heat frozen berries and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for approx. 5 – 7 min. until mixture has thickened slightly. Remove from heat. To serve, spoon one third of the oat mixture into a glass and top with berries.

100 g frozen berry mix / 0.5 tbsp sugar

Step 3

Overnight oats with three toppings

For nut topping, chop walnuts and mixed nuts and combine with honey in a small bowl. Stir in one third of the oat mixture and transfer to a serving glass. If desired, top with extra nuts to serve.

20 g walnuts / 20 g salted mixed nuts / 1 tbsp honey / extra nuts for serving

Step 4

Overnight oats with three toppings

For cocoa topping, slice banana. Then stir cocoa powder and two thirds of the chocolate shavings into one third of the oat mixture. Transfer to a serving glass and top with banana slices and one third of the chocolate shavings.
