Overnight oats with three toppings

|200 g||plain yogurt|
|4 tbsp||honey (divided)|
|100 g||frozen berry mix|
|20 g||salted mixed nuts|
|1 tbsp||cocoa powder|
|25 g||chocolate shavings|

For a complete breakfast, try the overnight oats with our sunset smoothie. Not only will you experience a blend of delicious flavors, but you’ll also move towards fulfilling your daily fruit serving.
In a large bowl, stir together oats, yogurt, milk, and honey. Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight or at least 2 – 3 hours.

180 g oats / 200 g plain yogurt / 200 ml milk / 3 tbsp honey
For berry topping, heat frozen berries and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for approx. 5 – 7 min. until mixture has thickened slightly. Remove from heat. To serve, spoon one third of the oat mixture into a glass and top with berries.

100 g frozen berry mix / 0.5 tbsp sugar
For nut topping, chop walnuts and mixed nuts and combine with honey in a small bowl. Stir in one third of the oat mixture and transfer to a serving glass. If desired, top with extra nuts to serve.

20 g walnuts / 20 g salted mixed nuts / 1 tbsp honey / extra nuts for serving
For cocoa topping, slice banana. Then stir cocoa powder and two thirds of the chocolate shavings into one third of the oat mixture. Transfer to a serving glass and top with banana slices and one third of the chocolate shavings.
