Loaded Potato Bites :potato: Slice a russet potato into ¼-inch-thick rounds. Rinse well and soak in water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry the potatoes, then place them side-by-side on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake in a preheated 425°F (220°C) oven for 30 minutes. Flip the potatoes over and cook for about 15 minutes more, or until crispy. Sprinkle each potato round with cheese and continue baking for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Let the potatoes cool, then add a dollop of crème fraîche and garnish with scallions. Enjoy!

These are loaded potato bites they are so easy to make and perfect for a crowd slice a rusted potato about a 4 inch thick and then I’m giving it a rinse and soaking it to remove the starch make sure it’s really dry so it can crisp up

In the oven and then I’m seasoning with olive oil salt pepper and garlic powder and baking this at 425 until it’s crispy on both sides then I’m adding a handful of cheese and baking again until it melts and topping it with crem fresh and scallion
