So if you’ve never had Cowboy butter it’s at the top of my list for best sauces for a steak I came across a video of my buddy George’s kitchen making this recipe and I had to give it a shot we’re going to start by melting some butter with garlic lemon juice
Lemon zest salt pepper paprika and cayenne along with some Dijon mustard stir that together then add chili flakes thyme chives and parsley then stir it once more the flavor on this was incredible and you should definitely give it a shot let me show you how a ton of high in restaurants make perfect
Steaks every done we’re going to start by seasoning all sides I’m using salt pepper and garlic powder now we can bag it up with some fresh Rosemary and the technique we’re going to use is called SUV I kept it in at 129 for 2 hours now
We just need to take it out had it dry and put on a sear unfortunately it’s freezing outside so I can’t finish this over charcoal instead we’re going to use a cast iron skillet and some wagon Alo
