This tart was so delicious that it became a family favorite and disappeared within minutes. *cup of tea emoji* Here’s what you need to make this at home: Ingredients: 1 sheet of puff pastry 7 eggs, divided 1 tbsp of water 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 cups of arugula 1 bunch of chives, chopped 1 tbsp of crushed black pepper Shredded cheese of choice Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Roll out the puff pastry and use a sharp knife to score a large rectangle in the center. Once done, fork the rectangle to prevent it from rising. Next, beat together 1 egg and the water to make an egg wash. Brush egg wash around the edges and half-bake according to your puff pastry instructions. Once the puff pastry is half-baked, press down the middle with the back of a spoon to prevent the eggs from running, crack in the remaining 6 eggs, and sprinkle with the crumbled bacon. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the eggs are to your liking. Lastly, top with the arugula, chives, crushed black pepper, and shredded cheese.
