MANGO SALSA:
– 2-3 ripe kesar mangoes
– 1 beefsteak tomato, juices removed
– 1 scallion
– ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 1-2 serrano or Indian green chili peppers
– 1 lime, zested and juiced
– ¼ tsp cumin powder
– kosher salt, to taste
– black pepper, to taste
1. Mix everything together until mushy, and drain excess water.
2. Place the mango pits into salsa to prevent browning!
