so last year I showed you guys how to make my delicious chimmy cherry recipe and it went viral I still believe this is one of the best sauces of all time it is versatile it’s fresh you can use it on all sorts of proteins you can even make chimmy Cherry butter and use it on potatoes so let’s get into it you’re going to start off by chopping up some parsley nice and fine and then you’re going to take some red peppers I love using Fresno for this recipe and you’re going to chop it up you’re then going to take so much garlic garlic is the best part of this recipe and you’re going to add that all to a bowl along with lemon juice red wine vinegar salt freshly cracked black pepper and some oregano you’re then going to take the best olive oil you can afford and then you’re going to add it until you have this delicious consistency this is so amazing it lasts up to 7 Days in the fridge and the full recipes is on my blog enjoy
