sometimes you just see something in your feet and you’re like damn I need to try and see if that actually works out the way they say it’s going to work [Music] out you’ve heard of monkey bread before right boys boys monkey bread yes everybody knows monkey bread we’re making we have made it it’s fantastic in fact we did a little individual version recently but we’re not making regular monkey bread we’re making monkey bread pizza in a spring form pan because I saw it online Hawaii’s best kitchens thank you for the suggestion it looks great it looks fun it looks delicious and it looks like a party thing because everybody just reaches and grabs rips off a hunk dips it in in a way they go so we’re going to follow their their suggested lead we’ll make some revisions as we like to do and I think it’s going to be great we confident anybody con I’m confident well how the hell could this be shitty it can’t be it’s a dough and cheese and [ __ ] like that’s it’s all going to be fine we’re going to get going with a little garlic butter and some sausage cuz why not first things first in the little pot we start melting some butter that’s a stick which equals how much Max one cup chance how much one stick half a cup thank you chance oh man was that actually right that was actually right why would they make one stick half a cup I would one cup fing St I don’t know I’m not in the I’m not in the butter board but this is garlic butter so we’ll add some garlic I mean make it pretty garlicky right a [ __ ] did you see that right away You’ been bad God what I’ve been bad that’s what you always say if you’ve been good then your garlic comes out well gosh darn it it’s annoying AF oh [ __ ] splattering all over the F in place one more I mean here’s the deal if you’re going to make garlicky butter make it garlicky butter don’t make somebody wonder if there’s garlic in it put some garlic in it all right really nothing to do here other than oops get this melting perfect this side there’s going to be pepperoni in this pie pizza but I also want to add a little sausage and we all understand the concept that pepperoni is cooked the sausage is not this is not going to be in the oven that long so me take a hot italian sausage give it a little cut and then I’m just going to put little little bowls of it like this right in the pan just little guys this feels very old school Italian grandmother standing at a pot in the basement cooking kind of [ __ ] so just I don’t know two of these might be enough maybe three I’ll see as we go let’s do it till your heart’s content or follow the rest be belog because I will have figured it out by the time you’re looking at the page why is Grandma’s Kitchen in the basement I don’t know what is she a prisoner good question chance I don’t I don’t know kitchen slave I don’t know I feel like in the basement but give her a kitchen so she can cook for you I’m not from New Jersey I think that’s what happens don’t make me come down there Nona you make me laugh you guys make me laugh so I think two links of hot italian sausage meat is going to be enough by the time we add pepperoni as well just let all this stuff get a little color cook through then we’ll take everybody out carry on all right this butter Perfecto take it off the heat concentrate on the snausages and these guys you just you know turn them so they get color and cooked all the way around Michael let know now to the basement maybe it’s just an extra cooking zone for her I have NOA I don’t know why I said that obviously somewhere in my psyche I picked that up all right so max just pointed out that he thinks some of my sausage balls are too big so I’ve started cutting them gosh all right is this too big oh okay how we doing more this guy okay these are great put these aside start to deal with our dough all right it’s dough time here’s the bowl everything goes in and here’s my garlic butter I’ll just dump it in and all of this beautiful garlic want to leave any out you know what that smells like it smells like it needs a Scargo to go in there are you a fan anybody a fan of escargo escargo escargo or escargo escargo esar what did I say escargo esaro Accent on the wrong spot escargo do you like escargo no I did once so now I I can eat a lot of weird [ __ ] somehow they’re too snail okay this is a pound of uh store-bought pizza dough and all I want to do well get it off of this and now I’m just going to cut it look you know the monkey bread thing you buy refrigerator biscuits and you cut them into little pieces right so little pieces like this any size and then when you got them put them in the escargo butter and by the way if you just turned in there’s no escargo going into this it’s just what I called it continue on with this and then we’re going to do another one this is 16 oz the other one’s 16 oz just keep going till you’re done but I think as you do some give it a little toss just so the new batch doesn’t just get in there and then stick and become one giant clumped ball 2 lbs cutting away all right your Do’s all in get give it a toss now we can add a couple other things the first will be some mozzarella cheese or whatever cheese you like though yes mozzarella is traditional but still this is not traditional so if you’re a montere jack fan use montere Jack I wouldn’t use anything orange though that would be weird wouldn’t it boys yeah because Lads when we go to Australia you’ll see that they don’t have orange cheese down there they might have American slices for burgers but okay somebody’s going to tell me now that they do so ignore what I said okay great cheese is in this is pepper on pepperoni goes in just drop them individually we’ll still toss it about but give yourself a Fighting Chance oh I think this is going to be good ladies I think this is going to be good couple more things remember our snage that comes in now actually let’s give it a toss first snage goes in next like that let’s throw some seasoning in I’m using this Italian blend I’m also using some red pepper flakes because they’re the bomb and now I’m going to mix with gloves and my hands because that’s really the best way like this how great is this going to be okay check this move so 8 in Spring form pan I’m going to put about half of this in spread it out a little bit I like the idea of pesto in this too so let’s just scatter some pesto about and the pesto will melt as this whole thing Cooks in the oven now the rest next more pesto oh gosh the remainder of our pep and our sausage and then you find your way to the center and you make a gap you take a ramkin you fit the ramkin in there just like that because what’s going to happen once this Cooks you pull the ramkin out and then you fill it with whatever you want in our case it’s going to be Ranch that we’re going to make as soon as this comes out of the oven which by the way will be 450° and this should take about 20 minutes maybe 25 all right Ranch yes you can buy it but don’t because that is nowhere near as good as this we begin with equal parts sour cream mayo and buttermilk that will deliver the Tang to that we’re going to add chopped up chives could be finely chopped green onions fresh dill do not substitute dry dill dry dill sucks should be taken off the market and chop parsley couple cloves of garlic unless they’re the size of your fist then just one will do it’s not even going to fit look at this never seen anything like that but in we go and the rest of him juice of half a lemon through your hands in case there’s seeds and there’s one little scoundrel hiding oh look his friends came out now there’s four little onion powder by the by the way recipes below don’t even write it down unless you’re super anal and have at it and finally a little of our BFF ker salt pepper granulated garlic tiny squeeze of oil that’s optional but I like it and we mix there you go world’s best Ranch fresh Light super Herby it’s going to be amazing dunking that monkey bread pizza into now we just [Music] wait and after 20ish minutes we’re here wow so now what we have to do is two things one is unclasp the spring forness and hope that it works how pretty is that frecking beautiful man now the hard part getting this kit out without destroying everything maybe I should have done it while it was still in the thing out it comes that’s what you want just like that and now do you remember this look if I was using a heated up marinara I would have just used that same container but I wanted to keep this cool now this guy just lives inside oh beautiful beautiful it’s it’s like a it’s like a cake I love the uh pep sausage the little pesto here oh it’s going to be so good well only one thing left to do try and get a a [Music] piece how about sorry at the steal you oh but now I have to do this because I know how good my Ranch is it wouldn’t be the same without it that’s a bite okay first the ranch I mean come on but monkey bread
