100% d'accord avec vous. They know Paris better than I do.
I've lost count of how many times I've heard other Americans complain about how "mid" French food allegedly is, or about how "rude" French service workers allegedly are. All too often, it really drills down to tourists frequenting underwhelming tourist traps and expecting American-style dining culture in other parts of the world. Hopefully, this will help more folx enjoy a better experience eating around Paris.
