But the real adventure begins when we leave the conference halls and head straight to Global Village Dubai. I was craving authentic home flavors, so we hunted down the legendary Al Haaj Bundoo Khan, a true institution of Pakistani cuisine. If you know, you knowβ€”their BBQ is iconic. We dive into a feast of their signature Smoky Seekh Kababs, melt-in-the-mouth Bihari Boti, and that famous, crispy Puri Paratha that brings back childhood memories of Karachi. We also tried their Mutton Biryani and Chicken Tikka, testing if the taste in Dubai truly matches the original recipe back home.

    I visited last Nov to Dubai from Toronto/Karachi and specifically went to Bundo Khan, really experienced the same delicious and flavourful taste of bbq items what used to be many years ago when I used to go to Bundo Khan at Lines area. Highly recommended in Global Village.
