Full Day of Eating on The Bulk (Dining Out Edition)

Welcome to a full day of eating on the bulk but this time we can only eat out. I thought this would be a fun and informative video for those of you who have a busy life but still want to crush your fitness goals. The hardest part of dining out is hitting your protein intake so that what the major focus should be on. Today we had some steak and eggs with toast and potatoes for breakfast, a burrito bowl for lunch, greek food for dinner and a protein shake to finish off the night. Hope you enjoy!
