2:04 – Cracks me up when people freak out about dogs eating "people food". I don't think twice about giving my hounds whatever gets forgotten in the back of the fridge too long. (Just be careful with things dogs ACTUALLY can't eat…onions, avocado, etc…other than that? Let 'er rip!!)

Three generations of my dogs thank you for the recipe for stinkin’ dog treats. I started making them when you first published the recipe in 2014. Sadly, four of my gang have passed on to the rainbow bridge since then, but no doubt, they are telling everyone there of this delicious treat that stinks up the house when baked and delights the hounds! Thanks for the new video highlighting this tried and true recipe. Don’t skip the fish sauce- that’s where the magic lives.
I love this! I saw Alton Brown at a book store here in Oregon and i was picked to ask him a quedtoon, my question was "do you ever cook food for your dogs?" He said no at the time. But apparently thats changed and it so cool to see this recipe!!! Thanks, Alton for being everyones cooking guru!
While dogs are technically omnivores and can eat most anything, they thrive best on a diet of about 95% meat! Micronutrients and what exact meats are important factors, but meat nonetheless. If you can afford it, likely their best favorite treat is going to be much simpler than this recipe 😅

So sick of outdoor cats and the people that think they're okay. My dogs also like cat poo. And it has made them sick on more than one occasion.
