Clams love your show! Love your knives! But coming from 25 year boat captain on the east coast have your knife maker make you a true filet knifeโs. I buy some custom ones!
Fishing vicariously through you today Will. Question for you, would white perch be comparable to whiting and would you be comfortable using it in this recipe? They are worm free.
Will, I'm so jealous! You catching fish and enjoying the warm weather while I'm stuck in my house looking out the window watching the snow pile up. My back is already hurting and I didn't even start shoveling yet. Thanks for another great video.
Thank you.
Great video to follow up Ian's video.
We're going to be trying your recipe for ceviche!
Mullet wants some too. ๐๐๐๐

Tech tip when cleaning fish if it dont attract Flys then the fish isn't very good and should be discarded
Underrated fish for a ceviche, Iโll have to try that this summer/fall on our northern kingfish.
Now i got to see your side, the truth! Lol great episode, great journey, good laughs! Boat talk off the boat! love it guys

1:04 does he have a mallet? ๐ most prepared unprepared person. Seriously tho, I seen a video where a guy sucked on the spike and went in the sand with no problem.
11:07 I appreciate ya man!
Best collab series, hands down
Great job guys!
Fantastic collab!
Thank you Chef Will for sharing this delicious Whiting Ceviche recipe, love the pink orange addition, could blood oranges be used as well or…?
Too bad you didnโt get into any Pompano. Would love to see how you prepare them.
Great beach. Great company. Great food.
Brisket and whiting…thought you were venturing toward a Jewish Deli for a moment.
Such a great fish, catch them here often. I'm just a bit north of where Rio likes to fish. Happy New Year Will
We have a very similar croaker on the west coast called a California Corbina. In the upper Sea of Cortez the Mexicans call them Boca Dulce (sweet lips). Literal translation would be sugar mouth. lol
