There’s an Italian restaurant just up the road from me where my sisters worked for a good few years, and the previous owners sold it maybe 5 or 6 years back just before Covid… BUT they did one thing that I thought was absolutely genius. They owned the actual building itself, AND the business, and they only ever sold the business! Not the actual building itself……… So they got money from the business sale (no clue how much unfortunately), but they get money from the new owner each month from renting the building from the previous owners who started the restaurant, which I thought was so insanely smart in my opinion!! The person who bought the business sold it after around 18 months or so when Covid started to the current owner guy who owns it now, but yeah, I thought that that original sale was so insanely smart… As I’ve always wanted to open up a cafe or restaurant myself, and if I was to ever sell it I would’ve just automatically thought when selling it to just sell everything… But I’d definitely do it differently now I know that that was a possibility…

I’ve done door to door marketing for 3 years and understand how to pitch a product and generate interest however it’s hard to put this all in to practice do you have any advice or help?
