  2. I really enjoyed your review, but I feel uneasy about this series. First of all we don't get to hear how much it cost, second, you're praising one chef across multiple videos — it feels a little bit like an ad.

  3. heads up, pico de gallo, the L's are not pronounced that way. its more guy-yo if spelled phonetically. y

  4. How can it still be called “street food” if it isn’t actually served on the street, or at least from a food stall located on a street? I don’t think the so-called “elevated street food” in shopping mall restaurants tastes any better than what you’d get from a hawker stand, especially when considering how much more you’re paying for it.

  6. Having watched every one of Alexander's videos, this (for me) was actually among the weakest. Short in duration, short in narrative (Alex bravely views the wine cabinet), and a condensed selection of course (to the obvious point of redundancy). Just not a great vid.

  7. The restaurant looks beautiful bro especially that back door entrance with all the graffiti. I want to go there to take photos and fit pic so much!!

  8. The tourists go to the “nice” places. The followers wait for a quiet table.

    The Slaylebrity players, the true predators, we go where the energy is raw. We go where the creator is so confident, he serves his masterpiece with a plastic fork and dares you to question its value.
