fun fact, the orange egg yolk most likely means that chicken just ate a lot of carrots, sweet potatoes, and/or dark leafy greens before making and laying that egg, and the carotin in from those foods turned the yolk orange !!

The way my mom does it, is that she makes scrambled eggs, but after a few mixes, she lets them cook so they’re like a scrambled fluffy omelet

Fun fact about egg yolk-coffe-dessert: in Poland it's called Kogel Mogel, traditionally it's just raw egg yolk whipped with sugar (sometimes also cocoa powder). Yes, it was eaten raw as a treat for kids.
