I totally get where you're coming from and appreciate that you have decided to do it your way, rather than the hyped-up way. I don't enjoy frantic and sensationalized videos. I LIKE a calm approach and you definitely don't have to speak every second to entertain your viewers, in my opinion. Perhaps you will lose some subscribers, but I think being true to yourself is more important. I look forward to continue watching your recipe videos, whenever you decide to do them.

Your videos have gotten very polished and are so enjoyable to watch. You have done a great service teaching us how to be better cooks and how to make great meals. Love your vids. Chef Jean Pierre is someone I appreciate because he is just himself in his cooking vids and doesn't try to follow the crowd. You doing something similar wouldn't change my viewing of your channel.

Your website is my go to when figuring out my next meal. In fact last night I made your jambalaya . We loved it! My husband took some to work for lunch. He said it was going to be the best lunch ever. Oh and this weekend I made your pizza dough recipe. My husband said it was the best pizza I’ve made or any he’s eaten at any pizzeria.

HELL YA! Thank You! Watched you for years and I'm so glad you're thinking of going back to just making great videos not everything being at 10x speed!!!! You might loose some "TicToc ers" but should gain back the tubers that actually watch to see all that goes into making something, not the thirty second over view that really doesn't explain the little details that truly makes it great!!!

Chef Billy, please continue to do YOUR videos the way YOU want to do them. I've learned so much from you and how you cook. You don't use exotic spices that are hard to obtain of which I am very appreciative. UTube is supposed to be what the content creator creates and NOT some "gotta do it only this way and only this way" process. Isn't being creative and excited for what you do part of the process? I like all of your videos. Most of the time you make me so hungry that I want to reach through the screen and join you in your kitchen. Keep cookin' chef and we'll keep watching.
