It has star on Google but only 24 reviews. It needs to be in the hundreds or even thousands for that rating to have any credibility, imo. Most of those rating are family, friends, or costumers wanting to support a small business regardless of quality.
The meat didn't look juicy and the beet potato salad looked soupy. I doubt you can tastes the beets especially if its pickled. I would have been disappointed with that order.

One thing about Caribbean cuisine that I've noticed in my life, as a DR/PR🇩🇴🇵🇷guy myself, there are definitely good restaurants out there that will do the culture justice. HOWEVER, it feels like my people don't care enough about serving the best plate possible before getting your money. I've seen too many restaurants lose the plot and start giving out more bad vibes than good plates. The food is amazing WHEN DONE RIGHT(!!!)
Speech etiquette, if you ask what is the best thing and then mention two items? Why wouldn’t you just ask if those two things are the best items.. not a big deal, but annoying for sure…
