How about setting up a kitchen and cooking the meals with some donated food or discounted bulk foods. In the long run the cost per plate is cheeper and will feed many. I suspect some delivery would have to be done. Anyway God Bless your efforts.
One order per customer to feed the many. Greed exists everywhere so you have to stand on serving as many as possible.

Curious, the location for Rocki's Chicken, you have in description as Rocky's Chicken 6635 Manzanita Ave, Carmichael, CA, There are listings on Google and Door dash that have them listed at 6635 Madison Ave Carmichael, CA. MapQuest has that business at Madison listed as permanently closed. The location of your filming is 8937 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento, CA. I'm guessing they were empty at the time of filming because they weren't yet open or had just opened. The BBQ place seems to be just before they open with the chairs still on the tables and counter and menu screens were off, same with the sushi place. "Buying out empty restaurants" is a bit of a stretch it they are not yet open or just at opening.
