Waca Food Truck 1804 W Martin St, San Antonio, TX 78207 #sanantoniotexas #sanantonio

New San Antonio food truck is serving crispy Wacabolas, insane birria, and chef-created fusion you won’t find anywhere else 🔥🥑

Waca (slang for guacamole) is the star here, and the owner is a chef who built the menu around bold flavors and over-the-top combos.

We tried the Wacabolas (crispy avocado chicken balls with raspberry chipotle sauce 😮‍💨), the Crunchy Bomb loaded with fried chicken, grilled cheese, bacon, jalapeños and a wacabola on top, plus the WacaBurger with beef, bacon, and that sweet smoky sauce. Birria is Marinated for hours, quesabirrias, birria egg rolls, flautas, and even birria ramen with elote and consommé.

Perfect for food truck lovers, birria fans, and anyone searching for best street food in San Antonio or late night food San Antonio. They’re also on DoorDash 🙌

  1. THUUIS idea of fried guacamole is straight-up criminal…
but I’m not gonna lie, I kinda wanna try it. Everybody out here frying anything and everything, what’s next, fried pig ankles? 😅

  2. Just know people that when you put hot liquid into a Styrofoam bowl or container, such as the birria here, it leeches extreme amounts of very powerful carcinogens! Hot liquid in styrofoam is one of the highest contributors to cancer! Congress should make it illegal for restaurants to serve food in this type of containers!
