I Spent $1000 at Carbone Riviera Bellagio… Was it Worth it?
Carbone Riviera at the Bellagio is currently the hardest reservation to acquire on the Vegas strip. It opened just a few months ago and everyone wants to try one of the most luxurious restaurants in Vegas. I finally made my way to Carbone Riviera and I’m looking forward to trying as many dishes as possible because
Every restaurant is a buffet if you’re willing to pay
Thanks for watching!

The obvious question: given a choice, do you prefer this new restaurant or Picasso?
Good not great. Not worth the price though
Another great review, Shin!! You never disappoint.
Very good but over priced by 25%
$30 for a salad ? Come on, it cost them $3.50-~$4.50 in ingredients. I know they have staff etc but … that was over priced by 50%
Wow. Everything looked great. Expensive but I would do it as a one and done.
GREAT VIDEO—I only counted 3 signature Shin “OHHHH THATS GOOD” moments. I was expecting more especially for that price point. The cheesecake got the best “OHHHHHH” lol thanks shin!
15 dollars for a beer that is sold for 12 dollars for a 6 pack at lee's is just stupid
Seems like you’re giving more honest views of the food here. Almost every other review of this place gives nothing but glowing reviews of each dish. You didn’t seem as excited over most of the dishes here as in other reviews
Shin, I absolutely love the way you review restaurants. You order a wide variety of food regardless of price. It gives Foodies like me valuable information. I look forward to your videos each Saturday. Looks like the tuna appetizer will be a strong candidate for your Best of 2026.
The toro was great. Spicy rigatoni is always a must add.
But the dish we really enjoyed was the Uni and the Crab Cappellini
I have lots of money so $1K for a meal is fine, but it isn't healthy to eat that quantity of food, especially with all the sauces and fats and sugar in the food you were eating. I like eating at buffets but no way would I be able to eat all the food that you ordered. You should check in with your doctor and get quarterly appointments to see whether you are a type 2 diabetic because eating that quantity of food is not healthy.
A Succulent Meal! 🤣
Hope you had a win or two on the Slots to cover that meal Shin!! 😉
Glad the 2 lb Lobster pasta was good. I would have been crushed if it was overcooked. Agree about that Shrimp Parm. It should taste like shrimp. Limoncello is not my fav but the cheesecake itself sounded so good.
Prices are ridiculous
"Every restaurant is a buffet if you're willing to pay." Yes but then your bill can go up to $500 – $600. Most all you can eat buffets in Vegas are under $100. I'd rather just do that.
Every man dies not every man really live 😂m.a.g.a 😂😂😂😂❤❤😂😂😂😂❤😂😂😂😂❤😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You only live once if you do it right once is enough 😂m.a.g.a 😂😂😂❤❤😂😂😂😂❤😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I ate here back in 2019 when it was Picasso. Still have the Picasso branded dessert box they gave me. Happy times…
More mental Vegas pricing! $58 for salmon? $155 for Dover sole? Branzino $115! 😩 Do these fish come with a pedigree? 😂🐟
Thanks Shin, another great buffet! 😎❤️
Solid video. You can see the vanilla bean specks on the cheesecake. I think that is what I'd like to try the most. lol
Hi. Thanks for the video. Place and food looked awesome. Prices are too high even for the quality and service. Vegas is getting a little ridiculous. Sad because I would go for the food and shows not the gambling. Have a nice day.
Dude you're the MAN! Thanks for your content. We'll try this restaurant but we will make a reservation months ahead.
Everything looks great, but these prices are getting insulting. I've had great meals at many Italian spots on the Strip not named Carbone.
This video is as close as I’ll get in there, WAY to rich for my blood
I love you
I'm not even going to read the comments because I know without a doubt, there will be people complaining about the price. I will never understand why random people on the internet care so much about how other adults choose to spend THEIR own money.
Great video as always Shin, love the content. Place looks fabulous.
Delicious Looking dishes! Always wanted to know about this Restaurant. Thank you Shin for sharing your experience and really diving into so many different dishes! ❤
Of the appetizers, the carpaccio looked really good, but the star of the group was that toro.
For the Rd 1 entrees, that 2lb lobster fettucine looks incredible. Nothing else impressed.
For the Rd 2 entrees, the sole looks pretty good, but none of the Rd 2 food blew me away.
So for the wife and I, we'd split the carpaccio, toro, and lobster fettucine, then call it a day.
So how much does it cost to go on the yacht? I thought for sure you'd be out yachting on the lake
Do you think Carbone at Aria is better or same as Carbone Riviera?
Even before watching this I am gonna guess…no it was not.
Hi Shin have you been to Havana in the Flamingo ? If so how do i find it please ?
When I saw $1000, I thought "did he go back to Papi's?"
The food looks very hearty. Presentation looks like an odd rustic and artsy mix. As if someone was in a cabin with minimal tools and 1 knife and they had big, hungry guys to feed. 😄 I'll have to copy that caesar salad.
liked the video, food looked interesting, restaurant maybe not for everyone, I enjoyed it-thanks
Well done is how the chef suggested they serve filet? That's miserable. Thank you for your reviews! I am looking forward to one on Gymkhana soon 🙂
Great review Shin👍😊. I can always count on your honest opinion. Keep doing what you do😊
Dang, that's some pricey stuff there. It would be one of those places to try at least once to get a good Las Vegas Culinary experience… especially if you can possibly get the seats outside for the fountain shows. But dang that price 😱. You da man. Salud bro 🍻
Great Review TY!
Just curious, my husband and I watch your videos and we always wonder if you have someone with you when you are eating to help you eat all of the food that you get or maybe you take it home? Is there a lot of waste?
