Fine Dining… Brownsville Style 😄🍽️ Since I recently shared a fine-dining experience at Casa Madre in La Plaza Mall McAllen, I figured it was only fair to bring you a true Brownsville fine-dining experience… at Luby’s in Sunrise Mall. Atmosphere? Eh, it leaves a little to be desired. Food, service, and affordability? Unmatched. I went classic with the LuAnn Platter — fried white fish, sweet potato casserole, and mac & cheese. (Yes, my low-carb healthy Sunday lunch 😂). I also threw in cornbread and a Diet Coke for good measure. The comfort food was excellent, the service was great, and our waitress kept everything topped off and spotless. Honestly, no complaints — it hit the spot. ⚠️ Thanksgiving PSA: If you want to take the easy route this year, Luby’s has a solid Thanksgiving meal package — but you have to order ASAP.
