Epic Chef Carne Asada in Monterrey’s Huasteca Mountains | Pati Jinich | Pati’s Mexican Table
My husband and boys are much more adventurous than me in the outdoors! But, when local climbers in Monterrey offered to take me out to explore the gorgeous Huasteca Mountains, I couldn’t turn them down. You’ll have to watch to see if I made it up. Afterwards they rewarded me by taking me to their favorite elotes stand. Then, we close out the season of Pati’s Mexican Table in Nuevo León with an epic carne asada in the mountains cooked by several of Monterrey’s top chefs.
