Ingredients:-
Add 1 cup of fresh matar in mixer jar along with garlic,Ginger,green chilli & coriander 🌿
-add oil in pan once oil heated
-Add 2 tbsp besan mix well until it turns golden brown
– Add grinded matar mixer and cook for 1 min
-Add 1/2 tbsp salt,haldi,chilli powder,chaat masala,jeera powder
-for dough
1 cup maida ,1/2 tbsp salt ,1 tbsp ajwain,3 tbsp ghee and water to make a dough
