The WORLD’S BEST Indian Restaurant is Now in Vegas! | Gymkhana Aria Review
Gymkhana is the long awaited Indian restaurant now open at the Aria Las Vegas. I’m definitely a fan of Indian food though I’ve never had Indian food elevated to this level before. I’m looking forward to showing you a lot of dishes because
Every restaurant is a buffet if you’re willing to pay
Thanks for watching!

I’m in about the same place as you in my limited knowledge of Indian cuisine, but I’m glad that a well-regarded Michelin-starred Indian restaurant has finally made it to the strip. It’s a severely underrepresented cuisine on the Strip. Thanks as always for your detailed and honest review, Shin!
Great Video! Recommend trying the Tandoori Lamb Chops next time, they’re the “Ribeye” equivalent for Indian places. Have you reviewed Tamba btw? I heard it’s the best Indian place in Vegas
Hi Shin!! Excited to watch this as Indian is my favorite cuisine!! 😊
Lol this looked delicious I guess I'm gonna have to break down and try it!!!! We only have ONE PLACE here that I know of in my city.. lol live in ky if it can be fried its eaten.. although I myself don't eat a lot of fried food.. when I cook it's not fried lol Nice pleasant video thank you Shin
Indian cuisine not my “cup of tea”
Shin – 1
Nobody does it better
Shocked they don’t have my favorite Malai Kofta or Vegetable Korma.
I share your lack of familiarity with Indian food. The desert for example. Are the flowers edible? Will the staff laugh at me for eating them? Will they regard me as ignorant if I don't? The biryani that was opened and mixed at your table seems like a good choice for a novice to try.
Enjoyed the Video shin. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of Indian Food. As I say I still enjoyed watching the Video.
Hopefully you still have Blossoms at the Aria on your list. Good Chinese restaurant.
Indian food is one of my FAVORITE cuisines to go out for. I'm a pretty good cook, but I'm a white woman from the Midwest, and as such, leave this food to the experts. I appreciate the non meat options at Indian places. That puff appetizer? I want that right now. I'd order most of the veggies dishes. And a Lassi!🤗
I want to try Indian food but don't know where to start. Your video is very informative and your reviews are excellent. Thank you for trying all those varieties so we can see what types of Indian foods exist.
Looks great. Best Indian food I've ever had has been in London and Scotland, so high hopes. I might pass on the drink with the ants though. Lol.
Cool one Shin. I learned something.
Seems like a really loud place.
11:57 Shin teased us. I'm so offended!
Yummmmmm
While the food is decent is this even close to life changing Indian food? Certainly not. First off, what is mint cilantro covered salmon? Then throw scraps of beef in a pocket and call it $28 wagyu naan. And who makes a "sweet" butter chicken? If you have ever eaten good home cooked Indian food I would put it up against this $600 monstrosity. Amazing how restaurants get away with this? Great review Shin, always honest and reliable.
You know, I put in my request for a table for March back in early January and have yet to hear from them. If they are that busy than I will probably wait till my next visit to Vegas. Not really a big fan of Indian fan anyway. Thanks for the video.
Man, you keep adding to my list of "must try" spots in Vegas. At this pace, once I get there, I'll never be able to leave. 😉
Salivating! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
$22 for bread…ouch.
Hi Shin. As always another great review. It looks nice however it doesn’t seem like anything really blew you away. I feel a $600 dinner should. I had this one on my list however now I believe I may reconsider it. Have a great week. See you next Saturday. 😀
You should Check out Tamba in town square. Curious how it compares.
The background music is WAY too loud and your microphone is picking up too many voices. Not enjoyable. At all
I'm surprised they offer this variant of pani poori, a street food snack, but I'd happily order it any time. Fill it with the green water until it's almost overflowing and then pop it in your mouth. So refreshing!
Thank you for sharing this. I've only had a couple of Indian dishes in my experiences and found those to be really good. So glad you showed so many and gave great descriptions of each. This is someplace I would try. The one appetizer you didn't get was the one with shrimp. That one I'll have to try. I believe it is listed on the menu as Amritsari Shrimp and Scallops which is my favorite fish combo.☺
I predict a short lived stay-in Vegas for this place. Underwhelming from what I see here and how you reviewed it. Good honesty here Shin.
Also, can you showcase an Indian eatery that is a bit more budget friendly. Would be curious to know other dishes from India. Thanks again♥
Looks great, but if it's all about the food, there's literally dozens of great Indian restaurants in and around the Strip for half the price.
I have been very curious about this place! Thrilled to see you reviewing this week. Another great review. Like others have mentioned the Michelin stars had me expecting higher praise but your honest and thorough review describing the flavors and textures are so valuable. Thanks as always!!
Their garlic naan looks really good! I could just have that with saag for dipping all day.
You really are such a kind reviewer. I look forward to your weekly show!
I was not impressed w the food here…which is a shame because i was really excited about this restaurant
Hey Shin! That “Last Veeegas in the intro is so perfect 👌
I have a reservation for Wednesday and I’ve been hoping you’d go before I did!
