Today, I’m very happy to share a special and delicious episode on my YouTube channel. In this video, I prepare a tasty Kerala village-style prawn and Chinese potato curry, cooked in a traditional village kitchen.

Rajan brother brought me fresh prawns from the market, and Suku brother helped by bringing fresh vegetables along with moringa flowers. For the first time, I prepared a prawn stir fry with moringa flowers, and it turned out incredibly tasty and full of flavor.

Along with that, I made a traditional prawn and Chinese potato masala curry using fresh spices and slow village-style cooking. The taste was rich, comforting, and truly reflects the essence of a Kerala village kitchen.

This video is all about fresh ingredients, simple traditional cooking, and the warmth of village life. I hope you enjoy watching this village-style prawn lunch as much as we enjoyed preparing it.

    ചേന ചേമ്പ് തുടങ്ങി പറമ്പിൽ കിട്ടുന്നവ കൊണ്ട് അട ഉണ്ടാക്കി കാണിക്കു. അതുപോലെ കത്തിരിക്ക പടവലങ്ങ കൊണ്ട് വെറൈറ്റി വിഭവങ്ങൾ ശ്രീലെങ്ക യിലെ anoma ma'm ഇന്റെ പോലെ. കേരളത്തിലെ ആൾക്കാർക്ക് അത്ര അറിയില്ല.
