  1. Ive had this exact experience with someone who chewed and ate sunflower seeds whole.
    Some people are just heathens.

  2. You're not supposed to eat the shell. Add new two different people that ate a lot of peanuts and ate the shell they both had terrible ulcers

  3. Bit into an orange without peeling it the other day just to get my friends' reactions, and they did not disappoint. Might have to give this one a shot as well…

  5. I use to do that like sun flower seeds till i got a splinter in my cheek then i crush them then eat them.

  6. there's a lot of fiber in those shells, I like them, but you gotta be careful you don't eat too many (mostly due to pesticides).

  7. Just try eating a kiwi like an apple – skin and all. People genuinely think you are a psychopath.

  8. I can one up this, you can eat the skin ov avocados, and quite a few other fruits, alsoneating an Onion whole seems to be too much for some folks. NOw if you want to truly mind fuck somebody, you can eat a sweet potato And yams entirely raw..
