Ingredients:-

2boiled potatoes 🥔
Soaked and grinded soya 1 cup
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tbsp salt
1tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
1/2 tbsp dhaniya powder
1 tbsp oregano & coriander 🌿
Mix the ingredients well and make a long stick shape as shown in video
For slurry :-
2 tbsp maida
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tbsp salt and water
Dip the sticks in slurry and coat with breadcrumbs
Before frying fridge it for 15 minutes
For crispy and crunchy potato sticks
