Welcome to an authentic day in a peaceful village in Northern Iran, where life moves with the rhythm of nature and tradition 🌿🏡

In this special episode, we cook Halim-e Bademjan — a rich and comforting Persian eggplant and meat dish.
We start by cutting fresh lamb and cooking it slowly with lentils, rice, turmeric, and spices, then mash the meat and blend it with fried, mashed eggplants 🍆🍖.
Everything is simmered in lamb broth until it becomes thick, stretchy, and full of flavor — just like Grandma makes it ❤️🔥

Meanwhile, village girls take the cows and sheep to the forest for grazing, feed the chickens 🐄🐑🐓, and light the traditional clay oven to bake fresh village bread.
We also clean the outdoor kitchen using fresh spring water and plant a variety of herb seeds in the garden 🌱🧅🌿.

After enjoying the delicious meal together, we gather and card wool to make traditional handmade village pillows — a symbol of simplicity and rural craft 🧶🪡
