This Beef & Shell Pasta Skillet is pure comfort food—the kind that makes everyone hover around the stove for seconds. Tender pasta shells soak up a rich, savory beef sauce loaded with flavor, making every bite irresistible. It’s easy, filling, and absolutely dangerous if you’re trying to stop at one plate. 😄
Ingredients
• 12 oz medium pasta shells
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 can (14–15 oz) diced tomatoes
• 1½ cups tomato sauce
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
• Optional: red pepper flakes
• Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
• Optional: grated Parmesan or shredded mozzarella
Instructions
1. Cook pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
4. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer 8–10 minutes.
5. Stir in cooked pasta shells and toss until fully coated.
6. Add cheese if using, cover for 2–3 minutes until melted.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
