Jalapeño Poppers With Hot Honey Ranch | Dining With Dash
Just the start to another delicious Traeger gameday classic! These poppers were topped off with a spicy honey ranch and are a great way to start off your super bowl Sunday. For these, I mixed together softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar and DD All Purpose. I halved my jalapeños then removed the seeds and membranes and filled them with the cheese mixture. I laid a slice of bacon on top then sprinkled it with more seasoning. They went on the Traegergrills at 225 until the bacon was crisp. While they cooked I made up my sauce by mixing together ranch, mikes hot honey and chili crisp (3:1:1). I pulled my poppers and laid them out. They were drizzled with sauce and served immediately.
