The most exciting restaurant in the world is two Michelin Star Alchemist in Copenhagen Denmark. Dozens of foods are served in various locations throughout a huge warehouse lasting upwards of 7.5 hours. The main dining room is like a planetarium with hours of colorful, creative videos synched to a custom soundtrack. This dish is called “Tongue Kiss” made with top round beef tartare and black currants.

This meal costs 750 dollars by the way. Not sure what to think of it.
Even if they pay me i dont eat that. Its just insane. Like disgustingly disturbing to eat (suck) on top of a tongue of a dead animal raw food with flowers, straight out of a very niche gore monstrous french movie.

I don’t understand why everyone is so disturbed by this. It’s literally just beef tartare and it sounds delicious too all seasoned with beef stock and some berry freshness from the currants. Also, it’s not a real tongue, just a casting of it, it won’t hurt anyone😂
