Mumbai vs Delhi Street Food 🍴 | Chef Sanjyot x Sanya Malhotra

Mumbai food vs Delhi food! The eternal food debate that never ends! 🔥

I’m a Mumbai boy through and through, born and brought up here, and I can’t live without Mumbai food, it’s the love of my life. But the moment I go to Delhi, I fall in love with Delhi food too.
And honestly, whether it’s Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata, or Kerala… wherever you go in India, you end up loving the food. That’s the beauty of our country.
At the end of the day, India wins. Because Indian food is the best food in the world. Period. 🇮🇳❤️

  1. Han bahi Mumbai bahut fast hai.
Or Delhi to bahut slow hai.
    Kya logic hua hai😂😂

Bhai no offence to Mumbai people, but aap logo k khana gareebo wala khana lagta hai. Sorry.

Mumbai ka pav, kisi or cheej se bana hota hai? Just asking.

  2. The problem with Delhi people is they expect chole bature in Mumbai. Like we don't go to Delhi and order Misal Pav bro! And since nothing else is nice in Delhi they cling to this our food is better😂

  3. Delhi food esp street food is not comparable to Mumbai,,,,Delhi street food is way level up

  4. Yes, nowadays bcoz everything is available everywhere people forget this that food is not just food. How to came to be a staple/regular of a place is influenced by so so many things.

  5. I'm a maharashrian based in Delhi…all pav meals are not maharastrian cuisines. ..we are way beyond that…it is also not true we save our time and make snacky meals…..I love Delhi food also

  6. I am from Delhi and live in Mumbai…..Yes, initially I compared the food of both cities but now I have became true Mumbaikar from Punjabi and learnt Marathi as well ….. While Delhi has wide variety like Parathas, many varieties of Momos, Chhole kulche and Bhature, Egg rolls, Chinese food, Golgappe, Veg and Non veg biryani, Rabdi Faluda at chandani chowk, Sprouts Chat, Ram laddoo at Tilak Nagar, Kachori with aloo sabzi, Bread Pakoda, Bhalla etc……

While in Mumbai, they serve the variety of food like Vada Pav, Misal Pav, Pav Bhaji, Bhelpuri, Ragda puri, Panipuri, Dabeli, Tawa pulav, Dosa…..While in the morning we find Poha, Upma,Sheera, Sabudana khichdi, Idli and Medu Vada, Dal Vada, Neer Dosa….At night non veg lovers have some varieties but I am vegetarian…..
At some restaurants they serve authentic Marathi food in which Kothimbir Vadi, Solkadhi drink , Kokam Sharbat and Thalipeeth is my favourite….I have also tried many Gujarati dishes like Undhiyu, sweet kadhi, etc….

  7. Guys, he is talking about Mumbai and not Maharashtra so chill. & it’s about what we get to eat in Mumbai & not the history.

  8. Yes bhai…
Paav milte hi nahi hai kahi..
Maharashtra se bahar Jane se pehele mujhe pata hi nahi tha ki ye paav itni rare cheez hai 😂😂😂
Ghar sirf paav khane jati hu mai..
Jate hi nashte me roj misal paav, vada paav, paav bhaji khati hu🤣🤣

  9. It's not about the food it's about water delhi is near Punjab haryana and noida so most of the farmer have access to drinking water so vegetables are grown in it and transported daily so it fresh most of the times. And mumbai has mostly sea water for irrigation or it is imported from other states that's why the difference no people or speedy life issue every one in every state is running people who talk like mumbai is fast they must know delhi is equivalent nbr of rich people is more however people are hard working and doing something or the other.

  10. I love vada pav, misal pav, dabeli a lot… at same time i love chole bhature/kulche, tandoori items 😋 every state/region have their own specialty… i also love idli, dosa, sambhar, rasam rice 😅

  11. Sanjyot please don't bring such illuminati wasted people as guests. There's better options.

  12. He is a true mumbaikar, calling mumbai and not like opportunist who call Bombay.

  13. Thank you Chef for saying this in the most polite and sensible manner to these "Dilli wallas". God knows why they have such unreasonable, inflated opinions about their food. They need to understand Delhi is not the best place in the world for food! People from other neighboring nations and Indian states who visit Mumbai who have the best quality food in the world don't say, "oh our food is good, yours isn't".. Delhi attitude is so caustic! I've experienced it since years!
