  1. Bro, in what world are fresh herbs CHEAPER??? Fresh basil or rosemary costs $5-7 per small bunch where I live vs $3 for a 200g bag of dried

  2. Yes! More cooking foundational knowledge and practice like this! I would love to see more videos oriented towards technique and food science!

  3. Dude, we all know how Joshua seasons his food. Salt. If it's not causing hypertension and taking years off your life, he's not interested.

  4. the way you talk about salt is way to focussed…like its the main consideration….sure way to build up tolerance fast….cooking skills lessen the need for tastesaving salts….

  5. drawing the moisture out with salts is a bad habit, only needed for crisis situations..not for best cooking results…..

  6. use soy sauce for pork and chicken and stew beefs, works better then only salt grains, much tastier….

  7. Based on your latest fast food video, you have a problem. I bet all your stuff is way over salted.

  8. Maldon salt isn’t pronounced ‘mald own’ it’s ‘Moll dun’. It’s a town in Essex, England.

  9. This is just salt, fat, acid heat. All you did was make a video saying the exact same things. Low effort and fucking cringe, but that is to be expected with you buddy.

  10. No one mentions that refrigerators are naturally dry environments. You talk about salting meats overnight but the drying action of the fridge is just as if not more important!

  11. I have been watching your videos on and off for quite some time now. I can honestly say I was not the biggest fan, but here over the past year or two your presentation has shifted. You feel more personable now. This video is what made me hit the subscribe button. Absolutely loved it in every way, shape, fashion, and form. Love seeing this side of you. Keep these coming.

  12. Maybe I'm just drunk but this feels like Gen Z Ragusea teaching…. I owe all of my understanding of cooking to him. You aren't saying anything that is wrong… just with less words. Maybe that is okay with the homies in your generation…..
