What I’ve noticed is that it really boils down to empathy and honesty for most cases, patients want to feel and know that their doctor actually cares about their health, if they care about their progress, etc.
They wanna know their doctor is actually trying to help and not judging them, doesn’t matter if a doctor knows everything, what matters is their drive to care and treat their patients.

Thinking that taking a selfie with your eyes closed means you faked a selfie just proves how pure Doctor Mike is. Like, it's still a real photo, you didn't photoshop it, you didn't claim someone else took it, you simply closed your eyes before taking a photo, to emphasize you're getting ready for bed and you're cuddling your dog, literally nothing fake or wrong about that, unless he posted the pic with a caption claiming something else, or he wrote the article that had that long title..
