We've had excellent luck with Behr Dynasty. I believe a gallon is around $60-$65
I have use Beyond paint on a dresser and it worked great. It does need to be applied with a micro fiber roller or foam in thin coats. takes longer to dry. I painted over my Moms old dresser which was a dark cherry stain.
I can't wait to see what you do with your chairs. I have some that are a similar style and I can't decide what I want to do with them.

I absolutely love the white hutch. It definitely does pop and I love how you build up the baseboards on the bottom that looks really good❤😊
