I believe that trump wanted him dead. I also believe Epstein informed trump that he had insurance (material to be released about trump) if anything happened to him.
The photo they took of him on the gurney shows no signs of trauma, his face was very red- meaning no blood had "pooled,' which would have given him an ashy white pallor, and he was partly smirking. No look of fear, shock, surprise, turmoil, nothing. Not even the "death scream", where your mouth drops open and your eyes pop open at the moment of death because the facial muscles are no longer under control.
