Ingredients:
6 oz wild caught salmon
· 1 large egg
· 1 shallot, finely diced
· 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley and dill (or 2 tsp dried)
· ¼ cup cornmeal or breadcrumbs
· ½ teaspoon garlic powder
· ½ teaspoon paprika
· ¼ teaspoon salt
· ¼ teaspoon black pepper
· 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil, for frying
For Sauce
4 oz plain Greek Yogurt
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
