Ingredients: ½ cup cold water 1 packet unflavored gelatin 1 cup champagne or Prosecco ½ cup vodka (plain or citrus) ¼ cup sugar 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (adjust to taste) Edible gold glitter
Instructions:
1. Bloom the gelatin by pouring the cold water into a small bowl, sprinkling the gelatin evenly over the surface, and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a small saucepan or pot, combine the champagne and sugar and heat on low until the sugar is completely dissolved (do not boil).
3. Remove from heat and whisk in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
4. Stir in the vodka and lemon juice, then add a pinch of edible gold glitter (more if desired). 5. Pour the mixture into mini jello shot cups.
6. Let set for at least 5 hours or overnight for the best texture.
7. Enjoy!
