Even if there's too many scents and smells in the kitchen, the moment you approach expired food – especially expired meat – the smell hits you like a truck. How Joanna – or anybody really (Especially during prep) – didn't detect that in advance is beyond me.
I dont know whats worse…Joanna licking the tongs and about to serve rancid Crab….Or Jen washed Spaghetti from the Garbage. But Still…Its a big no no to both.
Joanna leaving the crab outside letting rot out should be a crime for doing something that bad.

Jen made two major mistakes, throwing away the spaghetti, then taking it out of the bin to give to people. Honestly, what was she thinking? If she is prepared to do that on camera, heaven only knows what she would have done while no one was looking. If Ramsay saw that, she would have been out there and then.
Jen is really lucky Gordan didn’t catch her serving garbage spaghetti. Especially season 3 Gordon.
If JP genuinely had recommended them a new restaurant, they would've gotten their food quicker than if they had stayed.

Jonna not realizing that the crab was rancid is shocking, and Jen’s idea of taking the spaghetti out of the trash to serve it was a bad idea the second she tried to do it and was stopped by Julia. You NEVER take food out of the trash and try to serve it, ever.

Rancid seafood ? How many of these cooks, not chefs , are smokers? Smoking kills your sense of smell and taste. Anyone wanting to be a chef has to stop smoking
