Very easy to make β€’ Rich & flavorful β€’ Perfect for chapati or roti

πŸ₯š Ingredients
Eggs – 4 to 5 (boiled, 1 whistle in cooker)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Jeera (cumin seeds) – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 large (round sliced)
Ginger – 1 tsp (chopped)
Garlic – 1 tsp (chopped)
Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
Capsicum – 1 (cut into big chunks)
Tomato – 1 (use only outer layer, cut into big pieces)
Tomato sauce
Coriander leaves – for garnish
For Yogurt Masala
Yogurt / curd – 3 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Jeera powder – Β½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ΒΌ tsp
Pepper powder – Β½ tsp
Chaat masala – a pinch
Garam masala – Β½ tsp
Salt – as needed
Final Add
Fresh cream – 1–2 tbsp (added at the end)

🍳 Method
Boil the eggs
Add eggs with little water in a cooker. Cook for 1 whistle.

Prepare yogurt masala
In a bowl or mixer jar, add yogurt, all spice powders, and salt.
Mix well or pulse once. Keep aside.
Prepare the base
Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and let it crackle.
Add round sliced onion and sautΓ© until slightly soft.
Add ginger, garlic, and green chilli.
SautΓ© for a minute. Do not overcook.
Add capsicum and tomato pieces.
Cook lightly for 1–2 minutes. Keep them chunky.
Add the prepared yogurt masala.
Add little water to make gravy. Adjust salt if needed.
Cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes until oil comes on top.
Add boiled eggs and gently mix.
Switch off the flame.
Add fresh cream on top and garnish with coriander leaves.

Best served with chapati, roti, or parotta.
