  1. Frankfurt is crazy, but for sure not beautiful – it's actually a 💩-hole 😉

  2. Ei Gude wie – Bub was machsde dann in de Haubstadd vom Südhässische Gelaber. Ei geil – loss es der schmegge.. isch hoff hoff Du host die Frau Rauscher kenne gelernt. Alla hopp Gude

  3. I was about to curse you since you visited the football game but didn’t followed up with the food tour. But here you are! You should‘ve grabbed a Rindswurst though, because it’s typical for Frankfurt. And next time come around after eastern or later to get Grie Soß / Green sauce.

  4. You need to check out foreign cuisine in Germany, too – both our first wave of foreign workers from Italy and the second wave from Turkey brought their food cultures with them, and as a result we have a lot of excellent restaurants here. They've long become an institution in our food landscape. There's loads of authentic Italian cooking, plus whatever you would call Döner except the perfect afterparty drunk food at 3 am…

  5. Solzer in Bornheim und klaane Sachsenhäuser in Sachsenhausen sind auch unter anderem meine Lieblingslokale ❤

  6. next time when the combo like at 11:05 is kickin just say "Geht fort!" instead of "my goodness!" but still add the gesture/emote. Germans will love it

  7. Maybe try the Appelwoi the next time "gespritzt" – sweet with white lemonade or sour with sparkling water.

  8. It's really refreshing to see someone who still enjoys Frankfurt. For me, unfortunately, it has turned into a shithole, so I avoid the city as much as possible. Some spots are of course still priceless. Thank you for that!

  9. Good call on not going directly to Frankfurt Hbf xD I think that one would be closest we get to Skid Row here in Germany xD

  10. So…. Just a few remarks. You should have tried the Rindswurst too, as its really common here. The rippchen are typically not grilled but "steamed" in Sauerkraut or cooked and then put there to rest. Due to that there is also a change in consistency as the fat becomes more gelatinous or tender. Sometimes its grilled before and then steamed but thats not too common. The spicy sauce you got with the ribs is probably mustard :D.

  11. I'm sure Frau Schreiber would have loved to have a chat with you, had she been there. She's a wonderful lafy, you can even get a postcard of her at the Kleinmarkthalle. Sadly she looked very, very tired last time I saw her (last december).

  12. You eat Rippchen with hot mustard. I love the Kleinmarkthalle. I don’t eat meat, so I prefer other foods there though, like italian food 🤣😅 Mispelchen is an absolue must!

  13. Nicht das er in eine Heroinnadel tritt 😛

Ps: Die haben Obazda! Dann schein das kaff doch nicht so schlecht zu sein 😡

  14. Well, the "Fleischwurst" is not a meal, it is a snack. The apple wine: No one in Germany would drink it, except for the people of Frankfurt.

  15. Great stuff .. never had myself – as a Frankfurter – so well presented as in this video.

We would need to work a little bit on your pronunciation of “Kleinmarkthalle” but this is a minor thing.

It’s the Gref Völsing stall where you will get this and there’s also one next to the Kathedrale (Schirn) which is offering great Fleischwurst..

  16. I’m just seeing you drinking the Apple Wine: Here is the trick: No joke.. seriously as foreigners are not used to the taste:

You have to have at least 3 before you really like the taste. It’s so unusual that a lot of foreigners just have a zip and they refuse to drink the rest.

But: it’s really nice and if you have overcome the hurdle you will never stop.

This is what most people don’t know upfront but haveing 3 drinks with friends .. it’s easy to deal with..

  18. If you make a Trip from Mainz to Bingen , Between is ingelheim Go to Pizzeria Capri … World Champion in all Classes Pizza, Pizzeria, The Mageritha is next Level and The crust. He makes Best Pizza in the World 🎉 i think you will BE one of The First international food Influenza there… From overseas
