  1. Diffrent states or places have different names for panipuri in india it's same thing basically but the recipe and taste is slightly or sometimes very different depending on places it have so many names

  2. Golgappe and panipuri..the main difference i think is the filling region wise

    In kolkata and bangalore they have a potato filling and tamarind mixed in the pani(water)

    In Maharashtra the filling has ragda.. (white peas I think) and they have a more spicy pani..and not a tamgy taste ( maybe they don't add tamarind)

It's great to see you have so fun eating Indian food but I want you to correct one thing which is when you eat butter chicken and naam ,you should put some butter chicken curry on plate and take a piece with naan (bread) and mint chutney and then take a bite .You will enjoy even more and the way you eat golgappe is perfect .   4. In different parts of India golgappe have different names . Panipuri, puchka, gupchup, golgappa , pani batasha and phulki.
