Okay can I tell yall a story real quick!? I grew up with my grandma raising me right and we would have to actually go outside and catch the chickens for dinner right! I never had that yellow part of the chicken on my plate until I went to my ex stepdad (my mom’s ex husband) house and met his new wife. She’s from the Philippines and she made adobo and I was shocked to see that yellow part and feathers on the chicken. 👀🥴🥴🥴 not going to lie bc I have to add the food was definitely good but I also can’t lie and say I was really grossed out bc ummm ma’am what’s happening…..
And I’m not saying all Filipinos make it like that I’m just saying that’s the first time I had it on my plate and it was actually VISIBLE like ALOT.
