    I don't think I was supposed to be born Ojibwa/Muscogee and Irish; I honestly think I was supposed to be born in one of the Asian countries. It's my favourite food, and I enjoy more of the traditional foods. There is just so much tasty food and healthy food. I'm ketogenic, and I often make more Asian foods than anything. ( Very easy to substitute ingredients to cut carb 🙂 ) Sadly, no rice, but I'm ok with that. I allow myself 3/4cups of rice once a month.

    I'm brazilian and I watch a lot of korean cooking shows and I think it is incredible how the ingredients are very different but the cooking principles are very similar. Tons of ingredients (not like most european food that is 4 top), you mix the food and everything is rice based.

    This was an absolute great episode. It didn't mix in my head that Paulina and her family are from same country as Izzy. I don't think I have ever seen them at the table together. Very cool to see the differences and similarities between what you would think 2 different cultures.

    My cousin’s wife is Brazilian and is obsessed with Catupiry. She brought a container of Catupiry back from a trip to Brazil and got me hooked. Watching this episode makes me want to find a Brazilian market or fly to Brazil to get some.

    Can you please do a video on South African traditional food and drinks recommend Freshpak Rooibos tea, bokkoms (dried out whole fish), Amanqina, Waterblommetjies bredie, yogi – sip, swart woud cake, Melktert, Koeksisters, marogo, mampoer, biltong, Amarula, Cape Malay chicken curry with rice,chakalaka with mielie pap aka maize porridge, mopanie worms, ofal aka tripe (sheep) South African beer (castle lager), Klipdrift brandy, Johnnie Walker scotch whiskey , Savanna Cider, Redheart Rum, rum and raisin, ice cream jaffels, vetkoek and curry mince, bobotie and yellow rice and Springbokkie, Whitelightning, Mampoer, Nik Naks chips, Simba Chips, Ghost Pops, Steri Stumpy, Yogi-sip, TV bar cchocolate, Chappies, Baker's assorted cookies, liquorice all sorts, Marie biscuits, Quality Street's and ginger beer. I'm sorry it's a lot, but you can choose whatever you want to give the reactors. Please please use South African products? Can you please let Martine as the host and Jaime, both Izzys, Brian, Doc and Ashley be the reactors?
