Ribeye vs NY Strip… butter baste vs reverse sear… cast iron vs grill…
This got competitive FAST.
Who actually knows how to cook steak the right way?
And who completely ruined a perfectly good cut of meat? 😭
We judged based on:
• Flavor
• Crust
• Juiciness
• Doneness
• Overall execution

I couldn’t click play fast enough!!!! I don’t feel like I have mastered this one and I’ve been cooking my whole life however, we didn’t grow up eating steak…. atleast not real steak.🥴
Paused it at 22 before the judging and rhino to me won again. Mel's is a boneless pork chop that failed at shake n bake. I don't like a SOLID crust like moody has and rhinos looks the best. Well see
