I'm trying the quesadillas first. Then the kielbasa.
We had the pot pie for dinner tonight. I only made 1/2 recipe (only 2 of us), used potato, onion, celery, carrots and peas instead of the mixed vegetables. We loved it, especially my husband. He's already planning on leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I make really good pot pie but I think we really enjoyed the puff pastry and cream for a nice change.

Nicole…. you forgot mushrooms on the steak bites. I realized it when I was eating the steak bites dinner. Add mushrooms with the broiling of the bites. And I did asparagus instead of broccoli 😊

I made the Garlic Steak bites, sadly, the veggies took almost an hour to cook. I used petite potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.
The dish tasted awesome! I know how I would change how I fix it next time.

I make store bought meatballs with peppers onions and sometimes diced mushrooms with a form of black pepper chicken sauce and serve it over top of perogies that were finished with a butter sauté.
Throw in a little apple with the cabbage an onions
I do a bacon ranch quesadilla with basically what you used except I use real bacon bits and along with the salsa I use dabs of ranch dressing.
