Recipe:-

1. Make a soft dough using maida,salt,ajwain,refined oil 2 tbsp and water to make a dough
2. For potato stuff
3. Add 4 tbsp oil in a pan , 1/2 jeera, 1 chopped green chilli and onion
4. Add 1/2 cup boiled peas,1/2 tbsp haldi,1/2 tbsp salt ,boiled mashed 3 potatoes and coriander 🌿
Mix well
5. Make a roti and cut as shown in the video
6. Fry it in low to medium heat oil and serve it with chutney or ketchup 😉
